The staff and location were all very good. Classic hotel in a wonderful area of Bristol. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The bedroom was comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We didn't have time and didn't visit the gastronomic restaurant, but it seemed nice.

Everything here was good, and the weather was pleasant, loved it. Plenty of food, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. Located adjacent to the public beach. With the help of the delightful staff, we had the best stay.

I liked that the hotel was delightful and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was gorgeous & the bedroom was gorgeous. The restaurant was beautiful and served delicious food. Lovely garden and clean pool area. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 20 minutes walk away.

always a great place to stay for a couple of nights. rooms are reasonable sized, marvellous location. the beds are comfy. we liked the fact the hotel is near the historic centre of bristol. breakfast costs gbp 7.95 per person per day, worth paying for.
